​By proceeding with this booking, you acknowledge and agree that the fee labeled as a "Deposit" on the following payment page is legally defined as a Non-Refundable Retainer. This fee is paid to secure our professional services and guarantee our availability for your specific date.

• ​Customer Cancellation: If the event is canceled by the customer for any reason, this retainer (labeled "deposit") is non-refundable and will be forfeited in full to cover lost booking opportunities and administrative costs.
• ​Completion of Service: If the show proceeds as scheduled, 100% of this retainer will be credited toward your total balance.

​The remaining balance for the show must be settled on or before the day of the event.
